Depression can overwhelm an employee’s job and life and rob them of meaning, joy, productivity, and a sense of value at work. Left untreated, it can feel like a life sentence – like nothing will ever change. So to successfully treat depression, we have to look at the issues that sustain it. First, we have to look at low motivation, because without motivation it’s hard for an employee to take any action, and lack of action can often foster feelings of shame and create a company atmosphere that becomes toxic.

Everything (almost everything) to do with the body is showcased in this module. Think of it as a fun-filled, fact-focused day of games, exercise, and nutrition. This module can be added to all three tiers (Executive, Management/HR, and Employees). Unique and creative teamwork is the platform. Comradeship and group exploration would be the emphasis…with a side-dish of high energy and sweaty bods.
DanceFit
A fun twist on traditional group fitness or dance. Participants will be guided, coached, and motivated through familiar popular themed music that weaves theatre and character. The absolute beginner will be comfortable in the basic transitions and transformation from sedentary participant to shining star. During this team module members will also challenge each other by creating their own contributing slice of choreography to the item. Think your own Musical, created, performed, and energized by your executives and staff, all in less than two hours.

In the final part of the training we will invite a special guest speaker to address the convention. She/he will be a well-known community, internal, or international personality that will instill human virtues to the audience. Careful attention will be given to those speakers who have a “story” of inspiration to share, and the lessons they and others have learned or can learn from the story.
